We are the last generation to grow up analog and the first to grow old digital.
We are the Latchkey Kids.
We grew up in a world where “safety” was a suggestion, not a law. We rode without helmets, drank from garden hoses, and roamed until the streetlights buzzed on. We carried house keys around our necks and figured out how to survive the time between 3:00 PM and dinner completely on our own.
We learned self-reliance before we learned long division.
THE PROBLEM
Somewhere along the way, the world got loud. The internet stopped being the ultimate freedom and morphed into a machine of the surveillance state. Algorithms started telling us what to like. Social media started telling us how to think. The rough edges were sanded down, and the “Unsupervised” spirit was traded for convenience and moderation.
THE MISSION
GenX Unsupervised is an independent media company built to reclaim that frequency.
We are not here to look back in anger (well, maybe just a bit of frustration); we ARE here to look forward with grit. We are building a secure, secluded space for the generation that knows how to fix things, how to listen, and how to exist without a digital leash.

We create podcasts, video, and community for the feral generation. This is our clubhouse. The door is locked, but you have the key.
