Title: RULES OF THE ROAD (Terms of Service)
1. The “Unsupervised” Philosophy Membership to GenX Unsupervised is a privilege, not a right. We are building a secluded space for Latchkey Kids to connect. We generally believe in free speech and rough edges, but we reserve the right to revoke membership for anyone who threatens the integrity or safety of the collective.
2. Don’t Be The Reason We Need Supervision Harassment, doxxing, or bringing “social media drama” into this space will result in an immediate ban without refund. Keep the frequency clear.
3. Intellectual Property (The Tapes) Your membership grants you access to view and listen to our content. It does not grant you ownership.
- Do not rip, scrape, or repost our member-only podcasts or videos to public platforms (YouTube, Spotify, etc.).
- If we find our exclusive content leaked, we will terminate the account responsible.
4. Payments & Cancellation
- Billing: Membership is billed Monthly on a recurring basis.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Account page. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds once the “Vault” has been accessed, except in cases of technical error.
5. IRL Liability We encourage real-world connection. However, GenX Unsupervised is not liable for what happens at unofficial meetups or events organized by members. Use your street smarts.
